Independent editorial coverage of sexual wellness, relationships, and responsible consumer education.
Partnership Formats
We work exclusively with vetted partners whose products meet our strict body-safety criteria. Commercial offerings are structured into three transparent formats:
1. Sponsored Placement
Fixed-position presentation cards integrated into curated buying guides over a defined campaign period (30 or 90 days). All sponsored placements feature plain-language disclosures ("Sponsored" or "Advertisement") and direct outbound links using rel="sponsored nofollow" attributes. Includes monthly impression and referral click reports.
2. Category Sponsorship
High-level brand association on specific category hubs (e.g., Sexual Wellness Education or Buying Guides). Features an exclusive header branding card labeled "Category Sponsor — Supported By [Brand]" over fixed 30-day or 90-day campaign terms.
3. Sponsored Educational Content
Co-created educational briefs published under our main article categories. Labeled clearly with a prominent header banner: "Sponsored Content — Created in Partnership with [Brand]". All sponsored articles are written 100% in-house by the Intimacy Brief editorial team to preserve our conservative tone and research rigor.
The Editorial Firewall
To preserve reader trust and search engine authority, our commercial operations and independent editorial reviews are strictly separated:
What Sponsors May Purchase:
- Placement position and campaign duration
- Promotional visibility and brand presentation
- Supplied technical brand facts and specifications
- Target destination landing page link
What Sponsors May NOT Purchase:
- Review verdicts, scores, or star ratings
- Top placement order in independent product rankings
- Safety conclusions or material testing findings
- Comparison guide outcomes against competitors
- Suppression of negative evaluation findings
- Selection of medical or scientific citations
Disclosure & Link Standards
Every commercial placement features plain-language disclosures using explicit terms: "Advertisement", "Sponsorship", or "Sponsored content". We do not use ambiguous phrases like "Featured", "Presented by", or "Partner story". All commercial links enforce rel="sponsored" attributes in compliance with FTC, ASCI, Google, and Bing guidelines.
